How to reach the editor
This page explains what the editor can act on, what a correction becomes, and what this desk cannot answer.
Email: editor@buliontradeae.com
When to message the desk
A message is worth sending when it concerns a figure this site has published, a source that has moved, or a measurement that is unclear. The desk can check a number against its named public source and can correct it if the source disagrees. It can also update a link when a publisher moves a page, and it can explain how a reading is taken from the sources it names under the table.
If a reader sees a rate that looks wrong against the source linked beneath it, that is exactly what the editor needs to know. A message should name the figure, the date and hour shown, and where the source now stands. The desk will compare the two and act if the published number is not what the source states.
A correction is dated on the page
A correction is made on the page that carries the wrong figure. The new number is put in place, the date of the change is added beside it, and the old number is not left standing as if it had never appeared. The correction is dated so that a reader can see when the page was revised and which reading was changed.
The desk does not hide a correction in a separate log. The change is visible on the page itself. If a source has moved, the link is updated and the new source is shown. If a figure was read wrongly from a source, the corrected figure is shown with the date of the correction. Nothing else on the page is altered without a note.
No investment advice or broker support
This desk does not give personal investment advice. It will not tell a reader whether to buy or sell gold, whether a price will rise or fall, or whether a particular purchase is wise. The figures on this site describe what things cost at a moment, not what a reader should do with that information.
The desk also cannot help with a broker's account, an application, a deposit, a withdrawal, or any dispute with a broker. It has no access to any reader's account and no authority over the broker's systems. Questions about the broker must go to the broker's own support team under its own terms.
How to send a message
Write to editor@buliontradeae.com. The address reaches the editor named on these pages, who is responsible for what the site states. There is no contact form, no comment box, and no login on this site, so email is the only channel. A message should be short and specific, with the page, the figure, and the date it carries.
The desk reads messages about published figures and sources. It does not promise a reply to every message, and it does not give tips or forecasts. When a message leads to a correction, the correction is made on the page and dated. The desk earns nothing from a reader who writes, and it charges nothing for a correction.
